| In renting equipment from Horse Shoe Ridge LLC. I understand that I am responsible in returning all equipment to Horse Shoe Ridge LLC in perfect condition. I understand that I will be responsible in replacing all equipment at full cost for any equipment that is returned broken or not returned at all. Replacement cost of the kayak is $400; paddle $25, life jacket $25. That charge will be put onto your credit card on file upon returning equipment to Horse Shoe Ridge LLC. |
